Fri, 28 July 2006 This week's episode is called Nortel A Go Go. Most of the show is an abridged version of the Nortel Microsoft Joint Conference held on Tuesday 18th July 2006 in Redmond Washington. Called the Innovation Communications Alliance, it is the forging of the Nortel Unified Communication Strategy up against the Microsoft Unified Communications Strategy announced earlier in the year. The domain was registered on the 13th July 2006 so this initiative is very new and could be directly in response to the Microsoft Announcement with partners Siemens and Motorola who directly compete with Nortel. That being said, here is the joint conference in two parts, the first is the announcement with Mike Z, CEO of Nortel and Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft.
